1 · Websites
Three website packages
One price to plan, write and build your site, with no monthly subscription. Every package gets the same care and custom design. Larger packages add more pages for growing practices.
Spark
For 1 to 3 practitioners, especially if you're just starting out.

For 4 to 6 practitioners, especially if you're ready for more.

- 2 rounds of revisions before launch, plus 2 in the 14 days after
Hearth
For up to 10 practitioners, or an established clinic with more to share.

No monthly subscription

- Up to 15 pages, with room for every service and resource
- A team page with every practitioner's bio, counted as one page

Add-ons
Want your site in more than one language? Each extra language (French, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese) adds 20% to your package price: $100 for Spark at its launch price ($150 after), $300 for Lantern or $500 for Hearth. Details
Need more pages than your package includes? Each extra page is $100, plus $20 for each extra language on your site.
Hosting and launch
- Your site is hosted in your own name, with a host you choose or one we recommend. We set it up for you. Details
- You own your domain (your web address). You buy it, and we connect it.
- You check every page before it goes live, to make sure it's accurate and meets your college's rules
Paying for your website
You pay a non-refundable deposit of half the price to start, and the balance before your site goes live. We email you an invoice for each, and you can pay online by card or bank debit. Payment terms
Changes later on
Changes start from $50. We always quote first, so there are no surprises.
Have a social media plan? One small website change a month is on us (up to an hour of work).

Build your website with us and we'll create your first week of social media content, free: 7 custom pieces for Facebook and Instagram, a mix of posts, stories and reels, made for your practice. No subscription needed.

Social media management
Choose how often you'd like to post. We plan and create your content for Facebook and Instagram, a mix of posts, reels and stories, delivered in one batch a month. You approve the batch, then we schedule and post it for you. We write with your college's advertising rules in mind, and nothing goes out without your approval.

Every plan includes
Each plan has a set monthly scheduling date. We send you the month's content 7 days before it, so you can review it and ask for changes, and the first piece goes live 7 days after it. Social media content is written in English. How the schedule works
Pay yearly: 12 months for the price of 10
Pay for the year in advance and get two months free: $1,990 for Light, $2,990 for Steady or $3,990 for Daily.
Plus a website Your first annual year includes a free Spark website, or $500 off Lantern or Hearth.

Students and new graduates
If you're a student, or you graduated in the past 6 months, you get 25% off any plan for your first 12 months: Light $149, Steady $224 or Daily $299 a month. After that, your plan moves to the regular price.
The student rate is for monthly billing. To qualify, just send us an enrolment letter or proof of your graduation date.
