Your website
Your website is paid in two parts, by invoice: a non-refundable deposit of half the price when you sign, and the balance when you approve your final site, before it goes live. We email you each invoice, and you pay it online by card or by bank debit from a Canadian bank account. There's nothing to pay on this page.

Social media management
Posts, reels and stories for Facebook and Instagram, delivered in one batch a month and posted for you after your approval.
Pay monthly
12 pieces a month · 3-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
20 pieces a month · 3-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
30 pieces a month · 3-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Pay yearly, with a website included
Your first year includes a free Spark website, or $500 off Lantern or Hearth. Don't pay for a Spark website separately.
12 pieces a month · 12 months for the price of 10. Renews yearly. Non-refundable.
20 pieces a month · 12 months for the price of 10. Renews yearly. Non-refundable.
30 pieces a month · 12 months for the price of 10. Renews yearly. Non-refundable.
Student or new graduate? Contact us with proof of enrolment or your graduation date, and we'll send you a sign-up link with your student rate.
Good to know
- No GST/HST is added today. If that changes, the checkout page shows the tax before you pay.
- Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
- Stripe emails your receipt right away. We'll confirm within two to three business days.
- Built your website with us? Your free week of social media content is included, so there's nothing to pay for it here.
Changing your mind
Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel (after the 3-month minimum, with 30 days' notice). Annual plans renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel, update your card or bank details, or download receipts any time on your account page, with no phone call needed.
Website deposits and annual social media plans are non-refundable. If something on your new website isn't as agreed, tell us within 14 days of launch and we'll fix it.
